I liked the room size. It was a big room. There was much light from the windows all round. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was not clean well. there was bad cleaning. Mold was in the bathroom.

The location is convient. It is efficient hotel. My transit from Krabi airport to Railay went smoothly. The staff was very warm and kind.

The breakfast choice had so many options! the room provided everything i needed. A beach bag and umbrellas were there. the location is really convenient. I walked a short distance to the beach.. the night market, too, offered wonderful street food. in front, i could book trips. They organized laundry too. the gym is alright..

I found the pool wasn't clean, leaving red stains on my swimshorts. the room wasn't clean when i arrived, with stained sheets and hairs on our bed. The same problem in the room of my friends. after i reported the problem, they cleaned the bed, but the cleaning staff had already left. One kind guy helped, but he didn't know how to make up a bed properly. i think the hotel should throw away the stained sheets, pillowcases, and grey towels.

balcony jacuzzi free juice lovely pool

My room had a jacuzzi on the balcony. It was amazing. I also enjoyed a good view from it. Upon check in I recieved a free bath salt packet and a delicious strawberry juice. The pool is lovely for a swim and is not too chlorinated.

The hotel charged me extra for a missing spoon and cup from my room, I didn't think it was right when I already paid for my stay.
